It is understood and agreed, that, by acceptance of the above quotation. Buyers shall hold Seller
harmless from any sales, use, excise or other tax imposed or asserted upon the subject transaction
by any city, county, state or federal authority.
Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the Buyer's request, labor, troubles, shortages in
material, damages to plant governmental regulations, or other cause, similar or otherwise, beyond
Seller's control.
This quotation is based upon prices as of the above date but is given with the understanding that
we reserve the right to invoice all orders placed with us as a result of this quotation at the price
prevailing at time of the shipment.
